Entrusted by the purchaser, Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. 2. 有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從2023年9月27日起至2023年10月10日每天（節(jié)假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時(shí)間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B售標(biāo)書處購買招標(biāo)文件，本招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)：人民幣500元，售后不退。
The interested qualified bidders may purchase the bid documents from 9:00 am~11:30 am and 2:30 pm~5:00 pm (Beijing time) every day (except holidays) from September 27, 2023 to October 10, 2023, at the Sales Office, 27B, Sinolink Worldwide Building, No.2, Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, upon payment of a non-refundable fee 500 RMB yuan.
三、提交投標(biāo)文件截止時(shí)間、開標(biāo)時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)
1.所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2023年10月18日下午14：30（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國際招標(biāo)有限公司開標(biāo)室。（本項(xiàng)目采用郵寄的方式接收投標(biāo)文件，請(qǐng)各位投標(biāo)供應(yīng)商于開標(biāo)時(shí)間前郵寄至：中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B（以快遞送達(dá)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）如快遞送到時(shí)間超過開標(biāo)時(shí)間，將被拒收。）
All bidding documents shall be submitted to the Bid Opening Office of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before October 18, 2023 at 14:30 PM (Beijing Time). (The bidding documents are received by mail in this project, and the bidding supplier shall mail them to the 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China before the bid opening time (subject to the delivery time of express delivery). 3.按照商務(wù)部要求，投標(biāo)人必須經(jīng)注冊(cè)成為其會(huì)員才可以參加投標(biāo)，注冊(cè)之前請(qǐng)先和招標(biāo)網(wǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人張偉聯(lián)系確認(rèn)，電話13426428357，從購買標(biāo)書到最終出中標(biāo)結(jié)果的所有程序都需要在此網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行。因此投標(biāo)人若參加國際標(biāo)的投標(biāo)必須在中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)并保證通過年檢。
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce, bidders must register as members before they can participate in bidding.
